The morning receptionist, Sabrina, was also very helpful and spoke good English. The rooms were modern and newly renovated. The customer service was outstanding, with special touches like tablecloths with flowers for breakfast.
Everything is what I need and want.

Had a wonderful Christmas experience at this hotel! Two great things to mention about this place: the breakfast spread was top-notch with a variety of options to choose from. the rooms were very stylish and modern, and had a cozy feel to them. the hotel is in a great location, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
Two minor downsides to our stay: firstly, the heat was not turned on yet and it was quite cold in the area. the hot water was not as hot as we would have liked.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The room was very modern and looked newly renovated. It was also very clean. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. In terms of location, it was very accessible by public transportation and there was ample parking available.
No issues.

This hotel offers a great value for your money. the customer service is exceptional, as the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate guests. the rooms are modern and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast is also noteworthy, with a selection of delicious dishes to choose from. the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.
The renovation work may be somewhat of a nuisance for some guests, but the end result will undoubtedly improve the hotel's overall appearance and functionality.

Christmas in this hotel was quite charming because of the festive decorations and an amazing Christmas dinner with plenty of traditional dishes. the location is perfect, just in front of the water, so you get a beautiful view. the staff was pretty nice and helpful, making us feel welcome.
Our room was far from being charming, with old furniture and a poor-quality bed that made sleep difficult. On top of that, during our whole stay, the Wi-Fi signal was weak and unstable, which made it hard to stay connected with our loved ones during the holidays.
